Simple, easy Fudge cake from our Aussie cook.
This is the Anglo-Australian equivalent of chocolate mud cake. Use goodIngredients:
quality cocoa, and be generous. Quality ingredients are particularly
important in this cake. If you want to make it more interesting, add a
pinch of your favourite spice and fill with ganache.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup milk
Directions:
- Melt milk with butter.
- Add cocoa.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add sugar, flower, eggs, and vanilla in the order listed!
- Beat for two minutes.
- Bake in a moderate oven for about 35 minutes.
