The downfall of making your own, it has to sit for a few weeks before use.<BR/><BR/>I hope this helps.<BR/><BR/>1-2 vanilla beans, 1 airtight jar, and regular granulated sugar.<BR/><BR/>Fill the jar halfway with sugar. Cut the beans into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces and stick them into the sugar. Add sugar to cover the beans.
